Making a Will

Few people genuinely have so little to leave that it is not worth making a Will. It can provide certainty and, sometimes save tax! The process is usually a lot more straight forward than you might think. If you need preliminary advice before making an appointment please call and ask to speak to a member of the Wills department who are always pleased to help. We have produced fact sheets on the subject of Inheritance Tax and Wills. You might find it helpful to have a discussion concerning these with us. We are also happy to advise on living wills or advanced directives.
